I wish to include the server or PC in my circuit, as several parts of the circuit are connected to this PC. How should I proceed? Is it a good idea to add the server, or is there another way to go about this?

If you just want to represent a server / PC into your schematic, you can import a PC/Server image on to the schematic.
If you want to make connections from your circuit to the PC or server. You might have to create a custom symbol with appropriate pin outs that’s needed for your design
