When to put the tracker on the front or on the back?

i saw the video and it’s confuse me in the part when put like two wire back and the rest was on the front does it matter or it’s like personal?

It actually doesn’t matter for Through hole components, you can route on any side of the PCB. But for SMD components it would be ideal to route on the same side where the components are placed, this way you can reduce the number of via’s used.
